Mayra Cecilia's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to purchase basic grains, eggs, toilet paper, soap, and other products to expand the inventory of her store.

Mayra Cecilia's story

Mayra is married and has a 4-year-old child. She and her spouse pay their child's expenses. She does not have relatives who live abroad. Mayra's business consists of selling staple products. She learned the trade through her own motivation and established her business with the objective of generating income to support her spouse with the family expenses.

The loan will serve her to have financial resources available to strengthen her business. She will use the money from the loan to purchase basic grains, eggs, toilet paper, soap, and other products to expand the inventory of her store.

Mayra has great confidence that the investment will be of help to her to reactivate her business, since it did not have much activity during the quarantine period for the COVID-19 pandemic and for this she is out of capital. The risk with the investment is that there might be another quarantine period established in El Salvador.

Her dream is to grow her business and have better financial conditions to support her spouse with the household expenses.
