Paula Andrea's story
Paula Andrea is a 21-year-old micro-businesswoman. She lives in the city of Cartagena with her family. She has 1 year of experience selling a variety of items like office supplies, blouses, pants, lotions, creams, cologne, and more. She does this commercial activity in her house, where she has lived all of her life. She is known there by neighbors and friends. Her business idea was born out of her desire to help with the household expenses, to get ahead, and to pay for her education. This business has brought her good results, which has allowed for her dream to materialize. However, due to the worldwide COVID-19 pandemic, her work level went down because of bio-safety reasons, and her income was drastically reduced. Now she is asking for her first Kiva loan with the Fundación Santo Domingo in order to invest in shoes, sweaters, blouses, skirts, perfumes and creams. Support her in her business loan.
