Aida's story

This lovely woman Aida, 40 years old, married, has four children. She has a secondary education. As the main income for her family, she has been engaged in animal husbandry and crop farming since 2002.

Thanks to the hard work of Aida and the help of her husband with the farm, today her farm has five cows, 25 sheep, three horses and 1.9 hectares of irrigated land, on which she grows organic beans.

To further develop her economy, Aida asks for support from the KIVA Fund in the amount of 100,000 soms (KGS) for the purchase of livestock to increase income from the sale of organic milk. The income from the loan will help her expand the farm by increasing the number of thoroughbred dairy cows and for her son's wedding.
