Abaticumugambi Cb Group's story

Chantal is a 40-year-old mother of three children aged between 6 months and 15 years. Her husband is a driver, and for the past fifteen years, she has been selling livestock.

She is the leader of the group called Abaticumugambi Cb (which in English means “People who are faithful”). Group members sell different items and own a variety of businesses.

Chantal will use her loan to buy more goats, hens and ducks to sell at the market place and also be able to meet customer demand. With the profits from her sales, she hopes to be able to provide for the family. In the future, Chantal would like to expand her business. She is thankful for your support.

Due to the global pandemic, Urwego was not able to get a photograph of all the group members. It was able to photograph the representative.
