Umurava Cb Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy more carrots and French beans.

Umurava Cb Group's story

Kezia is a 38-year-old, married mother with five children, aged between 8 and 22 years. Her husband is a mechanic, and for the past seven years, Kezia has been selling vegetables.

Kezia is the leader of the group named UMURAVA CB, which in English means “good people.” Group members sell different items and own a variety of businesses.

Kezia will use her loan to buy more carrots and French beans to meet customer demand. With the profits from her sales, she will be able to increase her savings because she wants to contribute on buying a house. In the future, Kezia plans to expand her business.

She is thankful for the support.

Due to the global pandemic, Urwego was not able to photograph all the members, but Urwego was able to get one representative for the group photo.
