Salvador De Jesús's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to purchase coconuts and sweets to sell on busses.

Salvador De Jesús's story

Salvador is married and his wife works in the home. He has two small children who depend on both their parents.

Salvador sells coconut water, sweets, and tamales along the bus routes. He has done this work for 14 years, which he learned from a friend. He travels along a 12 kilometer route by bus for his sales, and his wife helps him with preparation. He works from 6:00 A.M. until 2:00 P.M. In the afternoons when he arrives home he also sells phone minutes.

He needs the support of a loan to purchase coconuts and sweets to sell in the busses. With the 4 previous loans he was able to continue working and has finished paying them off.

His primary dreams are to get ahead with his children, and for them to study and have better opportunities than he had.
