Madame Jeanne is a client with Hekima and the president of business group Elodie Katoyi. She is 41, married and the mother of five children, including four attending school and one younger. Her partner is a civil servant.
She sells pharmaceuticals, a business she started six months ago with seed money received from her job. Subsequently, she turned to Hekima to support her business which expanded gradually. With this new loan, she will buy generic and brand name medications, which will boost her starting capital. She challenges faced by her business are linked to the lack of customers and expiration dates of medications.
She want her children to continue their education and to buy another plot of land. Finally, she wishes to thank Hekima and its partners for their support to non bankable business owner in the current global crisis created by Covid-19.
