Pa Khoang 47 Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy small fish to farm.

Pa Khoang 47 Group's story

Moi, age 32, is an ethnic Thai woman who lives with her husband and little daughter in a small, remote village in Vietnam's northwest mountains. Her family works in agricultural production to provide for their family.

Moi has always wanted to expand her production, because the income from farming and breeding is unstable. So Moi requested to take out a loan from the Anh Chi Em program. This is her fourth loan.

She will use the loan to buy small fish (that weigh about 500 grams) to farm and later sell. Moi hopes that, with this continued support from the program, the fish will grow and gain weight quickly and healthily so she can make some good income. Her plan is to use this income to continue expanding her fish-farming model.

She earnestly hopes her family will escape poverty and benefit from better economy.
