Las Emprendedoras Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy meat, baked goods, vegetables, condiments and other products.

Las Emprendedoras Group's story

This group is in its 1st cycle of the women's committee program, in which everyone works and helps each other to get ahead. It is a new group formed by entrepreneurial women with the purpose of fighting together for a better quality of life. They are also in the poverty elimination program where they all struggle to be able to improve themselves and get ahead.

One of the group members is Liliana. She sells food in order to support the sustenance of her family. She says that she starts her work very early every day, which is when she gets up to prepare the food that she then sells as a street vendor. She is a very hard-working person who does not let herself be beat. She constantly looks for ways to improve herself and continue growing her business as she has been doing.

She asks for this loan to buy ingredients to make meals, such as meat, baked goods, vegetables, condiments and other products.

Observation: Only one person appears in this photo, but this loan is for a group. The group photo was not possible due to efforts to avoid crowding people together because of the COVID-19 pandemic.
