The group named “Cristo Rey” is in its 11th loan cycle with the Women’s Committee Program. All of the members are working and helping one another to get ahead. They are also taking the poverty elimination survey as they seek to overcome their poverty situations.

Nimia is one of the members and also serves as the president of the group. She sells food and cakes. Through her work, she is able to help her family and provide for their daily needs. Nimia is a person who is very good at what she does, which is why her business is doing very well and has an established clientele. She is pleased to have the opportunity to join this group since it will be a great help with achieving her goals.

Nimia is requesting a loan to buy ingredients for preparing food and cakes. This will enable her to fulfill her customers’ orders so that she can continue working.
