Faraja Terminus Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy cement and sand, which will strengthen her initial capital.

Faraja Terminus Group's story

Madam Esperence is a client of the Hekima microfinance institution and presides over the village group Faraja Terminus. She is 27 years old, married, and has 3 children; one of the children is in school and the other two are younger. Her partner is a trader, and she sells cement blocks for a living.

She started this business in 2015 with start-up capital from her husband. She later involved the Hekima programme to support her business, during which it gradually evolved. With this new loan, she is going to buy some cement and sand, which will strengthen her initial capital. Her business faces no challenges.

She would like to be able to feed her family and, lastly, she would like to thank Hekima and its partners for the support given to owners of businesses that cannot be exchanged for cash in this global COVID-19 crisis. The photo is only of the group leader because of COVID-19 in compliance with social distancing measures.
