Hanan's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy needed goods for the olive and olive oil season, such as jars.

Hanan's story

Hanan is 31-year-old Jordanian woman and a mother of three kids. She has carried responsibility for her kids since the day she and her husband divorced, but it wasn’t that easy to find an income source.

Although Hanan didn’t benefit from an education, she has a smart way of thinking and a very high motivation to improve herself and gain money. Looking around her, she is in an agricultural area.

Hanan started offering to work with farmers around her and help them with harvesting the trees. Step by step, she became well known in the area and everybody liked to work with her.

To get the maximum benefit from the olive harvest season and olive oil production, Hanan decided to ask for a 400 JOD loan to prepare all the needed materials for it, such as jars, as she also wanted to sell olives and olive oil, in addition to harvesting the trees.

Hanan’s dream is to buy her own land and expand her business wider in the near future.
