Arcoiris Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy clothes, shoes, corn, and plastic and glass items to sell.

Arcoiris Group's story

The Arco Iris [Rainbow] group is made up of four members. They are hardworking women who know how to administer their resources in order to keep their businesses active.

Dexsi is the leader of the group. She lives with her husband who is retired. They have a son. Dexsi, along with her fellow group members, says their prior Kiva loan was a great help, as they were able to meet some of their proposed goals. They hope that in the Christmas season their sales increase so that they make a little more income.

Dexsi seeks a new loan from Fundenuse, funded by Kiva, to invest in the purchase of clothes, shoes, corn, and plastic and glass items. Her dream for the future is have a place where she can display her products.

The solidarity group, in addition to Dexsi, is made up of María, who sells clothes and cosmetics; Rosa, who sells clothes, shoes and plastic utensils; and Martha who sells tortillas and ground coffee.
