A loan helped to pay for fence construction around her house.
Sokly, age 40, is a married woman and mother of three children. Sokly and her spouse help each other to enhance the family's income by having an occupation in the cultivation of rice crops and other agriculture products seasonally. Every day, Sokly and her spouse plant and supply enough seeds and fertilizers to rice crops and other agriculture crops. She has many years of experience in farming, so she is confident she can maintain healthy crops and improve her farming practices from year to year. She is able to grow and harvest rice crops twice a year and she usually generates a good income to satisfy her living needs. She manages her income wisely and mainly uses it for her child’s requirements. With her hard effort, she can earn approximately USD $6 per day, which she will have to spend on daily meals, clothes, medicine and for her children's education fees.Because of the shortage of her finances, she has applied for a loan in the amount of KHR 8,000,000 to pay for fence construction around her house. With this loan support, she will have money to purchase construction supplies such as bricks and cement and pay for laborers. This new fence is very important to protect her family members and enable them to have a comfortable living standard and good environment. She sends thanks to all lenders for contributed funds to help her and she believes that through her hard work and perseverance she will be able to attain a better standard of living someday.
