Judith Cristina's story

Judith Cristina and her family live in Los Bajos de Montecristi, a place of humble people work at the rural tasks and in making crafts, and which has been greatly affected by the pandemic caused by COVID-19.

She is a very hardworking woman who seeks the way to help her spouse with the household expenses, more so now since, due to the pandemic, things are more difficult. She works making and selling snacks and morocho [a pudding drink]. Before, she sold in a local park, but with the pandemic, this was prohibited and so she didn't work for several days and then afterwards she began to sell from her house. So it has been until finally she was able to open her retail space again. Although her sales are not like before, at least in this way she manages to earn a living.

This loan is to purchase products to prepare the food.
