A loan helped to buy a new tailoring machine and some winter fabrics to afford beautiful clothes for her village women.

Shadia's story

Shadia is 40 and married with four daughters, who are going to school. Her husband sells fruits and vegetables in local markets of the small rural village, and spends the income on himself only. Unfortunately, he does not care about family expenses, even the girls, because they are girls, not boys.

She decided that's enough for her daughters, to face all this discrimination from the father. She insists on educating them and seeing them in big positions that will make her proud one day and not disappoint her.

She has a small, undeveloped tailoring project. She is very talented in sewing clothes. She took training in TADE, and she trained well; that qualified her to start her project. Her village women like her designs and trust her fashionable opinion. They are very happy for her, and she will help them with suitable prices.

She is requesting a loan to buy a new tailoring machine with some winter fabrics to afford beautiful clothes for her village women. She is hoping to increase her sales in order to increase her income to help her daughters.
