Kea's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy more chickens, pigs, and other animals for his farm.

Kea's story

Kea, age 48, is married and lives with his two lovely children. He earns about 8 USD per day to support his household and pay for his children’s education.

Kea is a teacher, but he also raises animals. He has been in this business for more than 10 years. His business has been a great contribution to the life of his family, not only with meeting their daily needs, but also with paying for his children’s education.

Kea decided to take out a Kiva loan so that he can fund his business of raising animals and boost his profits. He will use the funds to buy more chickens, pigs, and other animals for his farm. With this loan from Phillip Bank, Kea will be able to continue raising animals on his farm. He is very grateful for this opportunity and would like to thank all of the lenders.
