Santa Rosa Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to purchase soil amendments, fertilizers, herbicides, fungicides, insecticides, etc.

Santa Rosa Group's story

Esau is 32 years old, married, and has a daughter. His family depends on him financially. He has worked in agriculture for 18 years.

He asks for a loan from FUNDENUSE with Kiva funds to purchase agricultural supplies and fertilizers to provide maintenance to his crops of corn and beans for the end-of-the-year harvest. He also will purchase pigs to fatten and sell them since he needs to diversify his income.

He is very grateful for the previous financing with FUNDENUSE and Kiva offered him, since he currently has grains stored and will sell them in the summer to sell at a better price. His greatest desire is to be able to improve his house and land, and to be able to have a better quality of life.

He belongs to the Santa Rosa 3E solidarity group with Elvin Antonio and Elvin Nectali who also work in agriculture.
