Magnifique Tmk Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to stock up on eggs, peanuts, chickens and flour to make donuts, which will strengthen her initial capital.

Magnifique Tmk Group's story

Marcelline is a borrower with Hekima IMF and chairs the village group “Magnifique Tmk”. She is a 56-year-old widow and a mother of nine children, two of whom are still in school.

She sells various foods. She started this retail business three years ago with start-up funds from her children. Later on, she got involved with the Hekima program to get support for her business, which grew progressively. With this new loan, she will stock up on eggs, peanuts, chickens and flour to make donuts, which will strengthen her initial capital. The challenge with her business is the increase in the dollar rate.
She would like her children to continue studying and be able to feed her family.

Finally, she would like to thank Hekima and its partners for the support provided to owners of non-bankable businesses in this context of the global Covid-19 crisis. The photo only shows the leader of the group because of Covid-19 and to comply with social distancing measures.
