Rosan's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!
A loan helped to purchase plain white fabric, fabric paint and sewing materials to provide for her customers orders which will increase her income.
Rosan is a 33-year-old mother of one, her child is of age 11 and she will be expecting her second child soon. She has a partner who travels through the Recognized Seasonal Workers program in New Zealand but is currently still at home. She lives with her children and partner in her parents' home located on the southern coastline of Efate Island. Her community is quite large, and the main industry is tourism. Due to Covid-19, it can be hard at times to earn a steady income. Rosan has requested a loan to help her purchase more plain white fabric, fabric paint and sewing materials which she will use to sew new garments for her valuable customers. With the revenue earned, she will save up to purchase a piece of land and build her family their own home. Rosan has just started sewing and loves it. She dreams of becoming one of the largest dressmaking businesses in her village and to open a storefront to sell her garments.
