Mujeres Valientes Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy meat, baked goods, vegetables, condiments and additional items.

Mujeres Valientes Group's story

The group called Mujeres Valientes is made up of the joining together of friends and neighbours of the city of Villarrica, who are a searching for a way to improve their own quality of life and that of their loved ones. They are in their 6th cycle of the women's committee.

Olinda makes a living selling snacks from her home. She remarks that, faced with the crisis which is sweeping the world due to the spread of the Covid-19 pandemic, she has not been able to work normally and earn the income in order to help her family.

However, she is looking for a way to carry on working allowing her to continue to provide the best for her family.

She is seeking this loan in order to buy ingredients to make her food such as meat, baked goods, vegetables, condiments and additional items and by doing this, inject capital into her business and build it up.

Note: Only one person is featured in the photograph, although this is a group loan. A group photograph was not possible to avoid a build-up of people due to Covid-19.
