Alondra Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to purchase pipian, yuca, taro, tomatoes, sweet peppers, onions, etc.

Alondra Group's story

Mayra is 39 years old, the mother of three children, and a merchant. She began her first business at the age of 10 selling tortillas in the market in the historic center of the city where she lives. After 27 years, she was able to get a stall in which she sells fresh vegetables.

The previous loan with Kiva funds was of great help since she satisfactorily achieved the planned investment in the business and generated more sales. Her goal at this time is to save to be able to purchase a house where she can raise her children, giving them better living conditions.

She asks for another financing from FUNDENUSE with Kiva funds to purchase fresh vegetables to stock her business: pipian, yuca, taro, tomatoes, sweet peppers, onions, and many more. This is with the goal of offering her customers a variety and excellent products, with the end of increasing her income.

She belongs to the Alondra solidarity group with Ana, who sells basic grains, and Gregoria who sells clothing and shoes.
