Nena's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy more goods for her store, such as rice and soft drinks, as well as additional ingredients for preparing food to sell.

Nena's story

For more than six years, Nena has been operating a sari-sari (variety) store where she sells various commodities such as noodles, canned goods, soft drinks, sugar, eggs, soap, and beverages. She is 59 years old, married, and has two children. In addition, she engages in food vending to supplement her income.

Nena would like to boost both of her businesses. For this reason, she is requesting a loan of 15,000 PHP to invest in more goods such as rice and soft drinks, as well as additional ingredients for preparing food to sell.

Nena hopes to have the support of the lenders so that she can carry out her plan to make her businesses more sustainable.
