I fell in love with fermentation years ago while looking to reconnect with ancient food preservation techniques starting with lacto-fermentation (like sauerkraut and kimchi). Eventually that led me to fermenting using mycelium and tempeh. I find tempeh to be as unique as it is healthful, and truly believe that this humble Indonesian staple has the potential to change our food systems for the better. Our Tempeh is completely unique in that it is made without soy and mixed with spices and seasonings before fermentation!
