A loan helped to buy shrimp and to pay for electricity.

Lisbeth Andreina's story

Lisbeth Andreina is 22 years old. She is in a common law relationship and has one child who is 2 years old. Her partner works selling shrimp and crab. They live in San Agustín, which is an area on the road from Tosagua to Bahía de Caráquez, where people work in agriculture, raising animals and selling farm-raised shrimp.
Lisbeth Andreina works selling shrimp. She offers it in various areas - to restaurants, cafeterias, neighbours and family. Her customers pay weekly.
During the global crisis she had financial difficulties as her customers could not pay as some were without work and others passed away.
At the beginning, the health crisis was very bad for her because she could not sell, but now little by little she is restarting to be able to continue to generate income.
This loan is to buy shrimp and to pay for electricity.
Her dreams are to have her own shop for selling shrimp and that her family will have good health.
