A loan helped to buy shrimp.

Jhonny Francisco's story

Jhonny Francisco is 43 years old. He's divorced. He has 2 children, ages 20 and 22 years, and they are students in college. He lives in his father's house. They live in San Agustín, which is a sector along the Tosagua Bahía de Caráquez road, where people work in agriculture, raise animals, and work selling shrimp from the pools.

Jhonny Francisco is a seafood vendor. He goes to buy seafood along the beach and takes it out to sell in various sectors. Mostly, he sells shrimp by the pound to restaurants, diners, and vendors who always stock up on seafood. For his clients that he's had for years, he'll leave on credit and collect on a weekly basis

During this world crisis, he's experienced economic difficulties. His clients can't pay because they've become unemployed, and some have died. At the beginning of the health crisis, it went very badly for him, as he couldn't sell, but now, little by little, he's reactivating his business so that he will be able to continue earning his income.

This loan is for buying shrimp from the shrimp farms so that he can sell a fresh and good-quality product.

His dream is that his children become professionals and that his business continue to grow.
