Margarita Agustina's story

Margarita Agustina and her family live in Picoaza, a place known for being a very commercial area with very industrious people who make their living in business. It has been hit hard by Covid-19.

She is a determined woman who, in spite of her advanced age, keeps moving forward trying to earn a living and get ahead despite all the bad effects of this pandemic. She makes her living selling clothing and making straw hats. She weaves the hats in her home and provides them to businesspeople who come to buy them. She also sells the clothing from her house Although she sells less that way she feels safer since at her age she is very fearful of getting sick.

This loan will be used to buy pants, tee shirts, blouses and children's clothing.
