Edercilia Isabel's story

Edercilia is a hardworking 53-year-old woman who lives in the town of Campo de la Cruz with her husband and where she also has a business selling meat. Edercilia Isabel started this business about a year ago, after realizing that there was no freezer in her area, she offers her services daily and with installment or credit payment options to her main customers who are nearby people and neighboring stores. For public safety reasons and due to government mandates during the Covid-19 pandemic, she had to shut down her business.

Edercilia is currently working on her first Kiva loan through the Santo Domingo Foundation through the Atlántico Responds program in order to increase working capital and to buy products like pork, beef, fish, and chicken. She also aims to increase sales and business profits. Please support her in this loan for her business.
