but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to increase working capital to buy second-hand televisions, spare parts, and business cards.

Israel Antonio's story

Israel, age 56, is a micro-entrepreneur in the city of Barranquilla. He lives with his wife and children. He has an electronics lab for televisions as his business.

Israel Antonio started this business more than 30 years ago, after having studied electricity. He decided to start his business, and thanks to it he has been able to get his family ahead and to provide his children with a better education. He has managed to establish himself in the sector as responsible, hard-working, and very efficient in providing services. He works for cash or credit.

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, he had to suspend his work, per regulations of the national government and issues of health. Therefore, his sales and profits were affected drastically because he had to stop working temporarily.

Now he is applying for his first Kiva loan from the Fundación Santo Domingo through the plan "Barranquilla Responde" to increase working capital for his business, and to buy second-hand televisions, spare parts, and business cards, to increase his sales and profits. Please support his loan for his business.
