Teeze's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy more rice, meat and other ingredients that will be used to prepare cooked food to sell.

Teeze's story

Teeze is 41 years old. She is living together with her partner along with four children, three of whom are in school. All live at home. Teeze is a high school graduate.

She is a hardworking entrepreneur who sells cooked food. She learned how to sell from her mother, and her partner gave her some funds to start the business. She sells six days per week and 10 hours daily. She uses a car to transport supplies to her business site. She has had this business for several years now. She likes her business because sales are profitable.

To continue selling, Teeze applied for a loan through BRAC Liberia, a Kiva field partner. The loan will enable her to buy more rice, meat and other ingredients that will be used to prepare cooked food to sell to her good clients.

Her dream for the future is to become a big business woman. She wishes to say thanks.
