Christian Eduardo's story

Christian Eduardo and his family live in Portoviejo, a city affected by the earthquake on April 16, 2016 and now with the covid-19 pandemic. The city is rich in the production of vegetables, legumes and tropical fruits for local consumption.

Christian Eduardo supports his mother selling household appliances such as fans, blenders, mixers, irons, sheets, pots and plastic containers among other products that he can sell or that his clients request. He sells walking around different districts of the city. His clients buy on credit and he gets re-paid weekly.

He has experienced financial difficulties during this global crisis. His clients cannot pay him because they have been left without a job and others have died. The health crisis at first was very bad since he could not sell, but now little by little he is reactivating it and is able to continue generating an income.

This loan is to buy irons, plastic tubs, fans, etc. His dream is to have his own store and for his mother to remain healthy.
