A loan helped to buy more passion fruit to sell in her community.

Twizerane Tcb Group's story

Antoinette is a 53-year-old mother of three children between the ages of 11 and 17 years old. Her husband is a technician and for the past 20 years, Antoinette has been selling fruit.

Antoinette is the leader of the group named Twizerane Tcb, which in English means “Trusting Each Other”. Group members sell different items and own a variety of businesses within the community and outside their community.

Antoinette will use her loan to stock her business by buying more passion fruit so that she can sell the fruit in her community. She hopes that the profits from her sales will enable her to grow her business and also be able to provide school fees for the children.

She is thankful for your support,

Due to the global pandemic, Urwego was not able to get a photograph of all the group members, but was able to photograph one representative.
