Gulmira's story

Gulmira is 42 years old, married. and has four children. She has a higher education and works as a schoolteacher. Her personality is hardworking, ambitious, and enterprising. She is knowledgeable about running a farming business, and knows how to invest as needed. Since 2000, she has been engaged in animal husbandry as her family's main source of income. Thanks to her persistent hard work and responsible approach to the business, she has managed to develop her farm to have three cows, 12 sheep, and four horses.

In order to further develop her farm, she has applied to Bai Tushum Bank for a loan of 150,000 som (KGS) to purchase dairy cows to increase her sales of organic milk and income from breeding livestock. She intends to use the funds from the loan to further develop her farm.
