but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy dairy cows in order to increase sales of milk to a local factory.

Gulzat's story

Gulzat, age 41, is married and is raising a daughter. She has a secondary education and is hardworking, goal-oriented, and enterprising by nature. She is well versed in the technical aspects of running an agricultural business and knows how to manage a budget. She has been raising livestock since 2000 as the primary source of income for her family. Thanks to her hard work and responsible work approach, she has been able to develop her farm to eight cows, and she has 0.5 hectares of irrigated land where she grows beans.

In order to further develop her farm, she applied to Bai Tushum Bank for a loan of 200,000 som (KGS) to buy dairy cows, with the goal of increasing the volume of milk she sells to a local factory. She plans to invest profits from the loan in the further development of her farm.
