Joyce's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy certified seeds and high-nutrient fertilizers to expand her crop farm, reduce production costs, and make more profits to sustain her family.

Joyce's story

Joyce is 29 and a mom of two school-going children, She is also a true definition of African beauty. She is a renowned crop farmer who lives in the remote village in Nyahururu. The quality of her crop has been widely acknowledged in most agricultural exhibitions due to practicing a chemical-free farming method. She also keeps dairy cows for the production of milk to increase her profit. She has been in this business for years and has made great strides in her life.

Joyce is seeking a loan of 105,000 KES, which she will use to buy certified seeds and high-nutrient fertilizers to expand her crop farm.

By scaling up her business, she will relatively reduce production costs and increase output. Her strategy is to use the returns from the investment to pay for more farm inputs, the lack of which is a major problem that leads to the closing down of many farms due to poor quantity and quality of yields. She will therefore be able to increase her profits.

This will elevate her standard of living as well as that of her beautiful children.
