La Amistad Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy slippers, threads, needles, towels and other products.

La Amistad Group's story

The group called La Amistad is in its 19th cycle of the women's committee program, where they all work and help each other to get ahead. They are part of the poverty elimination study, where they all fight for a better quality of life for their loved ones.

Among them, it is worth mentioning Claudia who earns a living embroidering slippers and towels. She mentions that her work is modest, but that despite this she does not allow herself to be defeated. She seeks to improve since her family is her reason to strive; she wants to give them everything she couldn't have. She is happy to be able to join this group, as it represents an opportunity for her to grow.

She requests this loan to buy slippers, threads, needles, towels and other products to continue with her work and invest again in her work.

Note: Only one person appears in the photo, but this loan is for a group, the group photo was not possible to avoid the crowding of people due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
