Edward's story

Edward was born in the Kiruhra, Mbarara district, and he has been in the same area for over 45 years. He is a married man with three children. He is a farmer dealing mainly in the cattle-fattening business on a small scale, and he also does cattle trade.

He is requesting the loan to buy more cows for fattening so that the he can get much profit margin from the business.

His future plans are to buy bigger farmland and keep as many cows for the business to flourish, so that he can prepare for his young children. He also hopes to buy some Frisian cows to start getting milk to add to his monthly income and take his children to very good schools and construct a good family home, since he is staying in a semi-permanent home. He is seen standing with his wife on the left, who helps him in business management.
