Parida's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!
A loan helped to buy dairy cows to increase livestock numbers and sales of organic milk.
Parida is 51 years old, married, and has four children. She has a secondary education, and is hardworking, ambitious, and enterprising. She is well versed with the technical aspects of farming, and knows how to budget accordingly. Since 2005, she has been engaged in animal husbandry for her family's main source of income. Thanks to her persistent hard work and responsible approach to the business, she has been able to develop her farm to have 7 cows and a horse. She has 0.32 hectares of irrigated land, on which she grows potatoes and garlic. In order to further develop her farm, she has applied to Bai Tushum Bank for a loan of 200,000 som (KGS) to purchase dairy cows in order to increase her sales of organic milk and income from breeding cows. She intends to invest the funds from the loan in the further development of her farm.
