Don Bosco Group
Don Bosco Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!
A loan helped to buy materials like fabric, zippers, interlining, and buttons, among other things, for her sewing workshop.
Don Bosco Group's story
Meet the entrepreneurs of "Don Bosco," a communal association of Pro Mujer in Managua, Nicaragua. For nine years they have been working together with financing for their businesses, some in sewing, catalogue sales, small shops, bakeries, selling pupusas, and others.
One of the members is Josefa Petrona (at the front of the group with a green facemask). She is 68 years old, a widow, and her youngest daughter is still in university.
Josefa's dream has always been to get ahead. She feels grateful because each loan is a boost to prosperity. For now, she needs a loan to but materials like fabric, zippers, interlining, buttons, and other items for her sewing workshop. She has a list of orders for dresses for Christmas festivities, as well as for school proms.
They are counting on you to help them fulfill their dreams!
