Mujeres Activas Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to purchase animal feed, such as draff, elephant grass, corn, and other products.

Mujeres Activas Group's story

The group is in the poverty elimination program in which, through the questionnaire of the 50 indicators, they seek the way to be able to know their life situation and, with this, be able to help their loved ones.

Delia is one of them. She works making and selling cheeses and also produces eggs. Her business is modest, but she seeks the way to be able to continue with her work since, with this, she helps sustain her family.

She defines herself as an enterprising person who gradually has been able to improve herself and, with this, to be able to give her family everything she was unable to have and prevent them from experiencing hardships. She is grateful for the opportunity she is receiving to be able to continue with her work and, through this, for her loved ones to lack for nothing.

She asks for this loan to be able to purchase feed for her animals and, in this way, to be able to continue with her production of cheese and eggs. She wants to purchase draff, elephant grass, corn, and other products.

Note: There is only one person in the photo, but this is a group loan. A group photo was not possible to prevent the gathering of people due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
