San Jorge Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy beverages to sell and ingredients for making hamburgers.

San Jorge Group's story

The group named “San Jorge” is in its second loan cycle with the Women’s Committee Program. All of the members are helping one another so that they can get ahead.

One of the members is Rosa, who has a shop where she sells hamburgers and beverages. She is a hardworking person who started out with very little, but she has grown thanks to her efforts and daily sacrifice. Rosa defines herself as a selfless person who, despite the difficulties she faces, seeks to provide her family with everything that she did not have.

She is requesting a loan to invest in the purchase of beverages and ingredients for making hamburgers.

Note: The photo shows only one person, even though this is a group loan. It was not possible to take a group photo in order to avoid congregating during the COVID-19 pandemic.
