Elena's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to pay for publicity, SOAT taxes and technical maintenance of the company’s motorcycles.

Elena's story

Elena, 44, is a small business owner who lives in the municipality of Barranquilla. She started her business with her children in December of last year. Thanks to the fact that the family wanted to start a business they launched a messenger service app and started out with two motorcycles that they owned.

Currently she has four employees and pays for brokerage services. She is divorced and lives in her own house. She has a minor son who is in secondary school. Her short-term goal is to formalize her service and join Barranquilla’s chamber of commerce.

Elena says that despite the crisis due to the pandemic she was able to keep business going and is currently in the “Barranquilla Responde” program to mitigate the crisis.

She is applying for her first CrediKiva loan through the Santo Domingo Foundation to reactivate her post-confinement services and use the resources to pay for publicity, SOAT taxes and technical maintenance of her motorcycles.

Please support her loan; it will be a success.
