Gulzar's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!
A loan helped to purchase dairy cows in order to increase her sales of milk to a local factory.
Gulzar is 37 years old and married, with 4 children. She has secondary education. As the primary source of income for her family, she has been practicing animal husbandry and plant agriculture sine 2004. Thanks to her hard work she currently has 4 cows, 12 sheep, and 3 horses. She also has a plot of land measuring 1.0 hectares on which she grows clover and corn. She has an agreement for the delivery of organic milk to a local factory for further processing into dairy products. This allows her to constantly reinvest in her agricultural busienss. Through Bai Tushum Bank, she can receive a loan on the security of her contract for future deliveries, within the bank product known as "Chain of Value Added". Having discovered this, she has turned to them for a loan in the amount of 200,000 somoni (KGS). This will be used to purchase dairy cows, with the aim of increasing her sales of milk. The payments from the factory for the milk will be directly transfered into Gulzar's bank account, while loan payments will automatically be deducted. The profits from the loan will help her develop her farm in the future.
