Martinha's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy a variety of shoes and bags to resell at her shop.

Martinha's story

Martinha is 41 years old and married. She is an enterprising young woman with lots of knowledge and experience selling new shoes and bags at her shop.

Since Martinha first started the business, she has been selling at a local market that is considered to be a very good place to do this type of business. Lots of people always come to the market looking for shoes and bags to buy. Running her business has made Martinha independent because she can be responsible for herself and also help support her family's everyday needs.

Martinha would like a loan of 1,000 USD through KIF to help improve her retail business. She plans to use this loan to buy a variety of shoes and bags to resell at her shop.

Martinha hopes to run a bigger business in the future and wants to thank all the lenders for the opportunity. This is her second loan and she has already paid back her first loan.
