Carmen Dolores's story

Carmen Dolores and her family live in Portoviejo, a city affected by the earthquake of April 16, 2016 and now with the Covid-19 pandemic. The city is rich in production of vegetables, legumes, and tropical fruit for domestic consumption.

At her house, Carmen Dolores raises and sells free-range chickens, and sometimes pigs. When they reach a good size and weight, she sells them alive. Merchants and some individuals come to buy. At first, the health crisis was very bad, because she could not sell, but now little by little she is reactivating to be able to continue generating income.

This loan is to buy chicks, corn, vaccines, balanced feed, and other items. Her dream is that her family will have good health and that her business will continue growing.
