Annie's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy more Vita, oil, rice, and drinks to sell.

Annie's story

Meet 50-year-old Annie. She is a married mother of 4 children, all of whom are in school and live at home.

Annie attended school up to 6th grade. She deals in a business selling Vita, oil, rice, and drinks. For the past 10 years, she has been managing her sales. She learned this trade from her mother and her oldest gave her money to start the business. She has no problems with her business and she uses a car to transport supplies to her business site. She sells Monday through Saturday.

Annie likes her business because it helps her family a lot. She asked for a loan through BRAC Liberia and Kiva to buy more Vita, oil, rice, and drinks to sell in order to repay her loan installment and increase her income. Her dreams for the future are to open a shop and build her house. Annie appreciates BRAC and Kiva for the financial support rendered.
