Mujeres Unidas Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy meat, cold cuts, ham, cheese, vegetables, fruit, and other products.

Mujeres Unidas Group's story

This group is called Mujeres Unidas because that's what they are: women united in wanting to get ahead and offer their families better living conditions. They're also in the poverty-elimination program fighting for a better future.

Liz stands out among them. She's a hardworking and enterprising person with a great desire to get ahead. She said she works in sales because she has a small store in her house. Her job has enabled her to provide the comforts her family needs and for them to have everything they need. She's happy to be part of the group, which will be a big help to her.

She's requesting this loan to be able to buy products for her store such as meat, cold cuts, ham, cheese, vegetables, fruit, and others.

Note: There's only one person in the photo, but this is a group loan. A group photo wasn't possible because of social distancing during the Covid-19 pandemic.
