Ton's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to purchase large amounts of beef for sale, to fulfill the needs of her customers.

Ton's story

Ton, age 45, is married and has three children. She lives with her family in the Preah Sdach district, Prey Veng province.

Ton earns a living by selling beef at the local market. She is very serious with her task of selling beef direct to consumers.

Ton has good characteristics for selling such as: communication skills, honesty, technical competency, flexibility, determination and persistence, ability to work in harmony with co-workers, eagerness, and willingness to add to her knowledge base and skills.

Ton's husband helps her to earn additional income by purchasing cows from other farmers.

Because of the phenomenon of Covid-19, Ton's income from selling beef has decreased due to reduced demand by customers in her community. This has affected prices, making the price of beef cheaper than usual.

Due to insufficient capital, Ton has applied for a loan of 10,000,000 KHR to purchase large amounts of beef for sale to her customers. This loan will enable her to earn more income to pay for family expenses such as food, medicine, clothes, and especially her children's education fees.

In the future, Ton aims to renovate her old house and encourage her children to continue studying at university. She sends thanks to all lenders for helping her family.
