Turdali's story

Turdali is a 47-year-old man from Spitamen, Tajikistan. He is married and has three children. He is a hard-working, active and sociable man. He has been working in agriculture and cattle breeding for 20 years. His business turns into family activity, and his family often spend days together working in the fields. His land of 5 hectares is always full, and Turdali tries to get maximum usage out of it. He uses the income he earns for family expenses and wants to save money to secure his children’s future. He also earns some additional profit from reselling cattle. Turdali teaches his children how to look after the animals and how to keep the farm, so that they would be able to continue his business.

At the moment, Turdali wants to expand his business. He is asking for a loan with Kiva’s partner IMON to buy mineral fertilizers and grains. For the next year he plans to increase his harvest and he needs to start working in the winter to realize this plan. With your financial support he can expand his business and increase his profit. This is his thirteenth loan, and he hopes to have your support.
