Thy's story

Thy, age 54, is married and has three children. His two oldest children are working as construction workers. His occupation is being a police officer in his village, with the activity of protecting and providing a safe life for the villagers. His wife helps him earn additional income by selling eggs at the local market to earn a profit. Everyday, his wife travels around the village to collect and purchase the eggs from farmers who raise their poultry using natural feed. She takes them to be sold to fulfill the needs of the customers. Thy and his wife can earn approximately 10 USD per day to support their family's living needs, such as food, medicine, clothes and other necessary things.

Due to a shortage of finances, he has applied for a loan in the amount of 2,000,000 KHR to pay for vehicle registration. With the support of this loan, he will have enough funds to pay for this registration and save some money for use for the future needs. With this license, he can travel around the country and obey the country's laws.

In the future, he aims to renovate his old house and grow his wife's egg selling business to earn additional income. He believes that through his hard work and perseverance, he will be able to attain a better standard of living someday.
